How K-pop pre-orders work 💜
Check the list below to find your pre-order item, its official Korea release date, and its estimated dispatch window.
The official Korea release date provided by our supplier.
After release, stock travels from Korea to our UK warehouse.
Once it arrives, we check, organise and carefully pack your order.
Most pre-orders dispatch around 3–4 weeks after release.
Ordering multiple items?
If your order contains pre-orders and in-stock items, your order will normally ship once
all items are ready.
Want your in-stock items sooner?
You can purchase Split Shipping so your in-stock items can be sent first instead of waiting for your pre-orders to arrive.

Then add a note at checkout or email us with:
- your order number
- which items you'd like sent separately
As a small business, sending items separately without the additional postage means we're charged twice for shipping the same order, so this helps us keep prices fair for everyone 💜
