Pre-order status & shipping timeline
Check the list below to find your pre-order item and its release date.
Pre-order items usually ship around 3–4 weeks after the release date shown, as they first need to arrive with us from Korea.
If your order includes in-stock items and pre-order items (or more than one pre-order), we’ll ship your order once all of your pre-orders have been released and are ready to send.

- Then add a note at checkout or email us to tell us which products you’d like sending out separately.
As a small business, sending items separately without the extra postage would mean we’re charged twice for shipping the same order, so this extra label helps us keep prices fair for everyone. 💜
