Which service your parcel travels on depends on the item. Albums and lightsticks don't always go the same way as a single card.
Valuables travel Signed For. Higher value orders, and anything fragile or hard to replace, go Royal Mail Signed For at no extra cost. We decide that order by order, and someone will need to be in to sign for it.
Duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so your parcel clears customs with nothing to pay on arrival.

New EU packaging and recycling rules mean sellers outside the EU need a registered representative in every country they ship to. We're working through that properly rather than risk your parcel being held at the border.

Ordered a pre-order alongside something in stock? At checkout you can ship it all together when the pre-order lands, or split it and get the in-stock items now. Splitting costs a little more because it's two parcels.
