Most of our stock comes straight from Korea and Japan. We pick up new releases, ship them over to Manchester, check every order by hand, then send it your way. Pre-orders show their release date and a rough dispatch window up front, so you're never left guessing.
Lots of items can be pre-ordered before their release date. Once it's out in Korea or Japan we buy it in, but it can take a few days (and on rare occasions a week or two) before it ships out to us.
From there it's shipped over to our Manchester HQ. This leg usually takes a few days.
As soon as it arrives we check it over and pack your order by hand, as fast as we can.
Once it's sent you'll get an email with tracking, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
